5 Columbus Circle Office Space

This is our newest location, 5 Columbus Circle. This office center is within a 21-story building located at 58th & Broadway. It is near Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Hearst Magazine, Universal Music, Central Park, CNN’s North American Headquarters, & Nordstrom’s brand new flagship store. It is 1 block of the Columbus Circle Subway Hub, with Broadway Subway Lines 1 & 2, and the A, B, C, & D lines, making it easy to reach any part of NYC. Finally, you can look out the windows and have an amazing view of Central Park & Columbus Circle. 

Our 5 Columbus Circle Center offers 62 state-of-the-art, furnished, private offices and team rooms on the 11th & 16th floors. We offer high-speed internet, 2 cafes, conference rooms, VoIP phones, and an experienced, dedicated management team to support you in any way you need. 

Plaza District Office Space

Our Plaza District Office Space is located at 485 Madison Avenue- right in the heart of NYC. This location provides 47 furnished & wired offices, a large café and break room, and two conference rooms. It is a prime location near Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, General Electric, Lazard Ltd, UBS Paine Webber, News Corporation Worldwide Headquarters, and more. 

We can have you set up within 24 hours. The Plaza District Office Space is convenient to the E, M, & 6 subway lines and the B, D, & F. Plus, it’s only a five-minute walk to the North entrance of Grand Central Station. 

Tribeca/Soho Office Space

Our Tribeca/Soho Office Space is located at 40 Worth Street, right in the heart of Downtown Manhattan. This location features 77 furnished, wired offices, a break room, an oversized team room that can hold more than 50 people, and a conference room that holds more than 30. When you join our Tribeca/Soho Office space, you will find yourself not only joining a great business community- but also a family. 

This office building covers the entire city block with Church Street on the East and West Broadway on the West. It is located near the State Supreme Court, the Federal District Court, and the Federal Building. It is three blocks from the Lexington Avenue Subway line 6, Broadway lines 2 & 3, and the A, C, & E subway lines. 

Upper West Side Office Space
