What We Are Doing to Keep You Safe During Covid-19

We understand the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on you and your business and we are committed to keeping your health and well-being our top priority. Below is a list of all of the precautions we are currently taking. Please know that we take this very seriously and are determined to have the best and most effective response to the Covid-19 virus within our industry.

Temperature Taking

The temperature of all clients and guests will be taken before entering the Center by a Bevmax Office Centers receptionist/manager with a Noncontact Infrared Thermometer (CDC compliant); in addition, there will be only 1 mode of entrance to the Center.

PPE Masks

The wearing of masks or other face coverings (approved by the CDC) is mandatory before entering the Center and are required in all public areas of the Center.

Disinfecting

We will bolster our office cleaning, disinfecting shared surfaces and high-touch areas stringently throughout the day.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand Sanitizer will be prominently displayed on top of the Reception Desk for use by Clients and their guests.

Restrooms

Restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned daily. Toilets, urinals & sinks will be thoroughly disinfected. Special attention will be given to hand touched surfaces.

Training

Our building is retraining all cleaning employees on proper cleaning procedures and dwell time of disinfectants being used.

Building Cleaning

Building cleaners will be issued an EPA registered disinfectant to wipe all hard surfaces and a spray and/or wipe disinfectant will be used with special attention to hand touched areas (doorknobs, elevator buttons, thermostat controls, light switches, etc.). The building will provide multiple cleanings throughout the day of often touched surfaces e.g. elevator buttons/turnstiles, etc.

Cleaners

Frequent cleaning solution changes will be made to prevent the spreading of contamination throughout the facility. All cleaners will be supplied with masks (CDC approved), and disposable latex or nitrile gloves.

Bevmax Office Centers will continue to evaluate and implement all best practices recommended by the leading health institutions and Federal, State, and City authorities. Please understand that all procedures/protocols can be changed/modified based on public health statistics, best practices, and municipal/state/federal guidance. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact esti@bevmaxoffice.com.
