Bevmax is an outstanding, professional, private, courteous and congenial place to have an office in Manhattan, with a choice of several prime locations. We are a small fund manager based at a mid-town Bevmax office for the last 5 years. I looked at many locations before choosing Bevmax, and others were either too busy, too rundown, or too impersonal. Bevmax offices are professional, discreet with the feeling of a high-end private office. Staff is amazing, and Rick the owner is always close at hand. We have hosted many clients, compliance checks and audits at location and always left a good impression on visitors. Suitable for 1 person offices and up.

As a tenant of three offices in the Bevmax center on Madison Avenue, I can attest this is probably one of the most professional and responsive office suites I have worked in. This is a shared office space where they truly make sure that everyone is comfortable and considerate of their "neighbors". Their office manager, Kate, is impossibly solicitous, helpful and sensitive to all of the tenant's needs. All of their receptionists, especially Gindy, are professional, efficient and welcoming sights in the morning. Their common areas are light, immaculant and airy. Their cafe/kitchen is where coffee is on the "house" along with assorted teas, icy water and a calm place you can enjoy your lunch/snack outside the office. All of the tenant's are carefully vetted by the owner, Rick Feld, to insure that everyone has read the same memo and is considerate of their neighbors. Pre-covid times had office celebrations for the holidays and other occasions which have to be placed on hold for the time being, but if you need a reasonably priced, airy, clean and comfortable office suite for your company, this is probably one of the best choices you can make.
